
ABOUT SHANNON
Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Shannon's passion for fitness and yoga began in her early teens. From marathons and cycling to overnight hikes, fitness became a central part of her life. Yoga, in particular, provided her with a calm and cantered space for the mind.
In 2015, Shannon moved to Sydney, Australia, where her love for fitness continued to grow. She completed several half marathons, collaborated with Nike, and earned her 200-hour yoga certification, along with additional 50-hour courses in sequencing and philosophy with renowned international mentors.
It was during this time that Shannon discovered Pilates, a practice that perfectly blended her love for fitness and mindfulness. Pilates became a place where she could strengthen, lengthen, and connect with her body in a deeply empowering way. She soon met the BASI Pilates team and completed her comprehensive Pilates training, which deepened her respect for the method—especially during pregnancy, when she realized how Pilates could support and empower women throughout their natural journey.

During her pregnancies and after having her first child, Shannon taught at several prominent studios in Sydney, developing a special affinity for private and semi-private Pilates sessions. She found joy in helping her clients move better and feel more connected to their bodies. As a kind, energetic, and compassionate teacher, Shannon is passionate about making Pilates accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
In 2020, Shannon's family relocated to Perth to embrace the relaxed coastal lifestyle they all love. Shortly after, baby number two arrived. Pilates continued to be an integral part of Shannon’s pregnancy and postpartum journey. Now, with her children aged 4 and 2, Shannon is excited to embark on her new project, eager to share her passion for Pilates with you.

OUR STUDIO
At our studio, we offer a truly personalized Pilates experience, distinct from the ordinary. Nestled in the coastal suburb of Trigg, Perth, we are a boutique, bespoke Pilates studio equipped with a full range of top-tier Pilates apparatus, available for private and semi-private sessions.
Our beautiful home studio features the finest equipment, including reformers, Wunda chairs, springboards, and barrels, all within a warm, welcoming space designed to inspire and empower.
We believe in the power of movement to enhance overall well-being. Because every individual is unique, we focus on providing one-on-one attention and tailored instruction, ensuring you achieve the results you desire while moving better and feeling better from the inside out.

WHAT WE DO
We are committed to making private Pilates accessible to everyone. Our studio offers small-group Pilates classes with a maximum of just 4 participants per session, in addition to private and duo sessions. Due to the boutique nature of our studio, my availability is limited, ensuring that each session maintains the highest quality of instruction and is tailored to meet your individual goals and needs.
My approach is grounded in the belief that movement is medicine. Pilates is not simply a workout, but an opportunity to connect with your body and cultivate a lasting relationship with yourself. Together, we will deepen your understanding of your body over time, helping you develop confidence and move pain-free. I firmly believe that a strong, healthy body is the foundation for a vibrant, fulfilling life.
